Board of Directors
The board of directors is the governing authority of Our Father’s Project, and it is responsible for supervision, control, and direction of the affairs of our organization. The Board determines our general policies, actively promotes our goals and objectives, raises funds, and supervises finances.
Mark Phillips
President
Mark has decades of experience in both church leadership and in the business world—and he’s funny.
Mark is originally from Akron, Ohio, and accepted Christ in 1973. He married his wife, Jan, in 1984, and they have 2 grown children, A.J. and Jennie.
Currently, Mark is the director of small groups at Sycamore Creek Church in Pickerington, Ohio. He has also served there as the Director of Student Ministries and Director of Leadership. He also often preaches the Sunday morning messages, and is a gifted communicator both to small and large groups.
He is owner of Phillips Wealth Management, a financial advising firm.
Paul Kirkham
Director
Paul started as a volunteer several years ago with Our Father’s Project, where he has served in many different areas. We have enjoyed his inspirational teaching on Friday nights that challenges our young people to lead Godly lives.
When not teaching, Paul can be found praying with our young people, offering words of encouragement, running the van routes, and working in whatever other area that is needed. He brings a positive impact to the board through his sound Godly wisdom, heart for serving others, wisdom through offering implementation strategies, and recruiting other leaders.
Paul and his wife, Cheryl, serve at Zion Christian Fellowship in Powell on the worship team and the welcome team. Paul owns his business, Starfleet Wholesale.
